Last week I'd found a group of young tern chicks on an abandoned pontoon. I didn't have a camera with me, so I decided to go back today with a camera. 
Weather looked good, though a few squalls were brewing. It all looked quite sunny between showers, so I could experiment with the waterproof camera. Even tried a selfie... 
I reached the pontoon without trouble and the chicks were still there. 
I could see chicks of several ages. Some still looked helpless and fuzzy, while others looked almost ready to fly. 
There were several eggs too. Probably unhatched.
