The Wolseley Clutch disected

After wrestling the engine unit from the car I started on the actual job of changing the clutch and seals. And now after another day of joyous tinkering the engine is back in the car again.

The primary drive with he three pretty cogs.

Flywheel exposed

Primary drive removed

The clutch housing/primary drive casing. Behind that oily release bearing you'll find one leaking seal.

The leaky crankshaft seal

New seal...

New clutch assembly

Differential seals came out too. I like my American seal tool.

And now after another day of joyous tinkering the engine is back in the car again. Next week I'll spend some time to hook all it up and take it out for a testdrive...
