FSJ Wagoneer Jeep headlight dipswitch repair

At the last run to cars & coffee my heavy shoes broke the floor mounted dip switch.  

 The switch came apart completely, so I needed a new one. Nothing worth fixing here.

 The broken old switch looked much like a VW item, but searching the internet I found that the early MGB uses a similar switch, but with screw-fit connections.

 Here it is. A three wire setup and even the mounting holes are at the same distance. I removed the lugs from the wires, but left the neck of the lugs in place, so the screws had something more solid than bare wires to attach to.

 Fitting was easy and this switch seems a bit easier to use. Maybe the old one was worn.
