This morning on the radio I heard someone mention a "Double sunrise". That got me curious and I looked it up on the Internet. It turned out to be a partial eclipse at 8.48, so I went out to see it. It looked too cloudy at first, but then the sun peeked through the clouds.
For once the word "Awesome" seemed fully appropriate! I tried to take some pictures through my welding goggles. Some even show the shape of the sun with moon shadow, but it cannot show what it really looked like.
