Tagged along at a friend’s suspension upgrade. He had new shock absorbers fitted at Chevy8shop.nl. By the way, we found that there were wooden blocks between the springs and plate. I don’t know if those are original fitment, but they did look really well made. They were even fitted with a correct hole and dowel to fit the pin the spring. Now I’ll have to look under all early CJ’s to compare.
