The restoration of Fort Pannerden is almost finished and the building will be re opened to the public soon. The locals(us) were invited for a preview. Here you can see the new fixed bridge replacing the old drawbridge.

Here the mural has been stabilised. I'm glad it wasn't restored.This looks just right.
